Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about our role, service boundaries, delivery process, and responsibilities.
Seraph Global is a founder-led China-to-world advisory and execution partner. We help overseas buyers make better China sourcing and business decisions, and help Chinese companies make their industrial value clearer to global audiences. We are not a marketplace, trading company, factory, customs broker, freight forwarder, law firm, or certification laboratory.
Seraph Global serves two connected sides of China–global business: overseas buyers, including importers, brand owners, procurement teams, and project investors; and qualified Chinese companies seeking global industrial storytelling, buyer development, cross-cultural communication, and globalization advisory. Each side has its own service path, connected by the same standard of clarity, evidence, and accountable execution.
Eric Cracks China is Seraph Global's insight and content platform led by Eric Nie. It explains China's manufacturing, supply chain, business, and cross-cultural realities for a global audience. Content builds trust and context; it does not replace a scoped service engagement.
Standard Services are fixed-price, defined-scope starting points with a stated delivery window. Custom Projects are assessed and quoted when the request requires multiple stages, ongoing coordination, live supplier communication, additional objects, travel, third-party execution, or a broader outcome.
If a request exceeds the purchased standard scope, we will explain the boundary and propose the custom route before taking on additional work.
No. It is a desktop analysis based mainly on public data, third-party data, and our existing information. It can identify useful indicators and risk questions, but it is not a complete legal, financial, forensic, tax, compliance, or anti-bribery due diligence engagement.
We provide at least three candidate entries. If more than three candidates meet the stated criteria, we will list as many as practical. If fewer than three fully match, we will list the closest three available candidates and clearly identify their gaps, fit level, and unresolved questions. A candidate list is not a guarantee of quotation, acceptance, quality, or final suitability.
Eric's Fast Pass is a one-time $499 priority-access service with long-term validity. It enables a direct WhatsApp connection with Eric, priority handling in business emails, and priority invitations to selected offline or closed-door activities. It is not unlimited consulting, a guaranteed response time, a business-outcome guarantee, or a replacement for a separately scoped service.
For every standard service, the clock starts when payment is complete and we receive a clear requirement brief. Factory visits and sample inspections still depend on access, samples, specifications, and other practical inputs being made available, but those conditions do not change the published start rule.
Standard deliverables are provided in English by default. The website supports English, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, and Arabic interfaces; a different deliverable language may be considered as a custom requirement if the project supports it.
We can coordinate and recommend resources for international logistics, export documents, customs-related coordination, post-delivery quality communication, rework or claim coordination, and reorder follow-up. Customers contract and pay the relevant third-party providers directly unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise. We do not act as the freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer, or legal representative.
No. Where appropriate, we only introduce or recommend independent legal resources and do not charge a Seraph Global referral fee. Legal advice, drafting, negotiation, representation, and legal fees belong to the independent legal professional.
After payment confirmation, the success page provides a structured requirements form. The submitted brief is sent automatically to our service team, so you do not need to reply to a payment-success email. If your request is outside the standard scope, we will contact you before proceeding with additional work.
Unless a written service scope says otherwise, refunds are generally considered only before research, preparation, coordination, inspection preparation, report writing, Fast Pass activation, or other service work begins. Factual corrections within the agreed scope can be reviewed when reported within five business days of delivery; new research or changed requirements are separate work.
