Scope changes

Additional objects, suppliers, stages, travel, live communication, or third-party work may require a custom quote.

Clear responsibility

We coordinate and recommend. Customers contract and pay suppliers, forwarders, brokers, laboratories, and legal professionals directly.

Refunds are generally available only before work starts. Once research, coordination, preparation, activation, or other service work begins, fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the specific written scope.
