Seraph Global coordinates and recommends. The client contracts and pays suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, laboratories, and other third parties directly. Scope is confirmed after assessment.

Upgrade path

Begin with the relevant standard service when only one decision gate is needed. Request an assessment when the work crosses production, logistics, quality, claims, or repeat-order stages. Legal resources are introduced without a Seraph Global fee.

Coordination is not ownership

Seraph Global can coordinate and recommend international logistics, export documents, customs, quality issues, rework, claims, and repeat-order follow-up. Customers contract and pay suppliers and other third parties directly.

Legal resources are introduced without a Seraph Global referral fee. Legal advice and legal work remain with the independent legal professional.
