These Event Terms apply to Eric Cracks China 2026. Seraph International (Hong Kong) Limited is the default website operator and event contracting entity unless a separate written event document identifies another entity. The registration deadline and decision deadline shown on the event page apply to this edition. Overseas registration and domestic application follow different routes: an overseas payment creates a paid registration record, while a domestic application is not acceptance until the written quote or confirmation and any required payment are completed. The event is subject to final confirmation by the stated decision deadline. Participation does not guarantee meetings, suppliers, customers, transactions, visa approval, travel arrangements, or business results.
