Refund Policy

For an overseas paid registration, a cancellation request submitted before the registration deadline is reviewed manually. An approved refund is processed through the original payment channel, normally within 5–10 business days after approval; the processing period starts after approval, not when the request is submitted. Domestic applications follow the applicable written quote or confirmation and are not treated as paid registrations until the required payment is completed. If the event is postponed, cancelled, or materially changed, the applicable handling arrangement will be communicated in the event-specific notice.
